PRODUCT-SPECIFIC INSPECTION
Different extension systems require different checks.

Inspection requirements are confirmed together with the product specification. The approved sample, recorded measurements and packaging version provide the reference for bulk and repeat-order checks.
Define the Measurement Before Comparing Results
End Fullness
Specify whether end fullness is measured by weight or by bundle circumference, and record the length threshold or measurement positions. The two percentages are not interchangeable. A Double Drawn label alone does not define the agreed fullness result.

Record hair washing and styling observations separately from attachment checks. Note the products, conditioning steps and test method used so results can be compared consistently.

Make expectations visible before bulk production.
Where required, the approved sample and confirmed specification form the basis for production review and finished-order comparison.
