Essential website functions

The enquiry list uses local storage in your current browser to remember selected products across page changes and refreshes. It is separate from cookies. You can remove items from the list or clear your browser storage. The interactive contact form clears the list after the delivery service confirms acceptance of a live submission; a failed submission or a direct visit to the confirmation page leaves the list in place.

Where browser storage is unavailable, the list can remain in memory for the current visit. The online RFQ worksheet keeps its inputs in page memory only and does not write them to local or session storage.

Analytics and third parties

We may use basic hosting or security information to understand website performance and prevent abuse. External services opened from the site, such as WhatsApp or the enquiry delivery service, apply their own policies.

On the main website, when configured, Google Analytics loads automatically to record page visits and selected interactions. It may use cookies. The website's analytics code does not include RFQ or contact-form field values in its events. Analytics is disabled on the test site.

Session storage can record a recent sample-enquiry link click, and local storage can remember an internal-test traffic setting. These are separate from the product list. WhatsApp is an external link; the contact form contacts its delivery service when submitted.

Managing storage

You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Doing so may remove products saved in your enquiry list.
