How we handle enquiry information.

Information you provide

When you submit an enquiry, we may receive your name, company, country, contact details, product interests, estimated quantity, message and any reference file you choose to upload.

Typing into the online RFQ worksheet does not submit an enquiry. Its entries remain in the page while you prepare your brief; the worksheet does not save them to browser storage or send them to us. You can copy the brief and choose to submit it through the contact form.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, discuss specifications, prepare quotations or samples, support an order and maintain relevant business communication.

Service providers

Our website may use hosting, form-delivery and communication providers to transmit your enquiry. We only use the information for the business purpose for which it was supplied.

The contact form uses FormSubmit to deliver submitted details and any selected attachment to our enquiry email. The test site disables live delivery.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry and transaction information only as long as reasonably needed for communication, legal, accounting and order-support purposes. No internet transmission is completely risk-free.
